A REAL SPINDLE

The spindle has been projected starting from scratch and before we found the safest and more accurate solution, we realized 9 prototypes. The inner part is made of one only aluminium block upon which the spindle is supported by 5 ball bearings connected to a bruschless motor that goes from 2000 to 21600 spins and allows the milling for every kind of material or surface. The whole structure is contained in a carter with a cooling fan for the upper part, a speed controller and some leds that perfectly illuminate the work area. The spindle with the ER11m chuck can support mills from 1 to 7 mm.

THE LARGEST WORK AREA EVER SEEN

Our cutting area is the biggest now available on a desktop mill with its 10032 cm2 which is to say 370x220x120h mm. This dimension has been studied and optimized in order to give you the chance to produce very big parts included in most of the working processes.

Differently from other companies, Evo-One uses a high precision mechanical engineering, higher than the average: on every axis there are carriages and ball bearing screws with a centesimal precision. This is the only way to have a professional product at home. We want to offer you the best quality with our cnc machine!

PRECISE AND HEAVY DUTY

We focused a lot on the mechanics. We have made Evo-one beautiful but without compromise. The frame is not a simple box: it has been studied at the engineering level to be compact and Heavy Duty! Unlike other CNC, our parts are completely milled from machining centre (and not by a laser or water jet cutting with approximate accuracy), in order to guarantee absolute precision with the highest quality of finishes. The entire structure is created from 8 mm thick metal plates, which ensure a heavy duty frame. All these parts are absented from any wear, this will allow you to mill your items even after many years without any loss of quality.

SOFTWARE CRE-MOV

Our job has been to improve Universal GCode sender, one of the most commonly used programs, by changing the graphic interface and making it more intuitive and suitable for the MakerDreams style. It took us several months to get to the ideal result and test the new interface’s perfect operation. Anyway it will be possible to use any other software that you prefer or already have in order to make the employment experience the best possible.
Cre-Mov has been created in order to execute any G-code and control your CNC mill. Some important functions have been boosted and they will make you use it in an easy and intuitive way. The software lets you see the making’s preview in real time through a window.
